Seabourn has recently gone big in cruises to Antarctica with the unveiling of Seabourn Venture — a polar-class vessel that was specifically built to sail in the region as well as the Arctic. Orders were misheard in The Restaurant, hot water for tea came lukewarm multiple times and dress code infractions were handled inconsistently and without empathy.
